SHIPPING POLICY — YAML & Chill

 

All products are made to order and printed on demand. Please read the following shipping information carefully.

 

PRODUCTION TIME

Orders take 3–5 business days to produce before shipping. This is the time required to print, quality-check, and pack your order. Production time is not included in the shipping estimate shown at checkout.

 

SHIPPING TIME (after production)

Standard Domestic (US): 5–10 business days

Expedited Domestic (US): 3–5 business days

International: 10–20 business days (varies by country)

 

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.

 

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the email.

 

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the print provider fulfilling your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers outside the US are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These are not included in our prices.

 

DELAYS

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods (holidays). YAML & Chill is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
